Hamilton Comes to San Diego

         Over a seven year period Lin - Manuel Miranda an american lyricist and composer wrote the script, music, and lyrics of this musical. His goal with producing this award winning play was to make America's origins feel relevant to contemporary audiences. Hamilton originally came to stage on February 17, 2015 at the Public Theater in New York city before it went to Broadway. Hamilton is now open to see at the San Diego Civic Theater from May 6th to the 18th.
